Terms of sale
These terms govern the use of ScrumKata and the purchase of its paid plans. The service is published by [TO BE COMPLETED] (see the legal notice). By creating an account, you accept these terms.
1. The service
ScrumKata offers original mock exams to prepare for Scrum certifications, with limited free access or fixed-term Premium access. The service is provided “as is” and evolves regularly.
2. Plans and prices
The plans (week, month, year) and their prices are shown on the Pricing page. Prices are in euros and final: VAT is not applicable (article 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
3. Length of access (one-off purchase)
Each plan is a one-off payment that opens full access for the corresponding period. There is no automatic renewal: when the period ends, access stops with no further charge and nothing to cancel. A new purchase made before the end is added to the time you have left. Your payment history is available in your settings.
4. Right of withdrawal
The plans give access to digital content supplied immediately after payment. In accordance with article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code, by confirming your purchase you expressly request immediate access to the service and acknowledge that you thereby waive your fourteen (14) day right of withdrawal. As a result, no refund can be claimed on that ground once access has been opened.
This express consent and waiver are collected at the time of payment, before the order is confirmed.
5. Liability
ScrumKata is a practice tool and does not guarantee success at the official exam. The service is not affiliated with or endorsed by Scrum.org (see Independence). We cannot be held liable if you fail a certification.
6. Personal data
How we process your data is described in our privacy policy.
7. Complaints and mediation
For any complaint, write to contact@scrumkata.com. If no amicable solution is found, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer mediator: [TO BE COMPLETED].
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be brought before the competent courts, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
